Then, choose the room that so quiet and have a lot of light. Bring some cups of coffee and some snack, so you won't get sleep when you are studying. Next, you can turn on the music, but don't set the volume to loud, because it will disturb you. So, turn the volume to be a little bit slow and soft, actually you can hear the classic song, it will be better. Then, try to study and memorize the lesson. After you finished studying, you can sleep. In the morning, wake up earlier and try to study again.
